Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Establish best practices for mobile development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and performance optimization.
Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Evaluate and implement new mobile technologies and frameworks to improve efficiency and product quality.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth integration with cloud services.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role;
Lead the development team;
Define or validate solution architecture;
Ensure coding best practices (clean code, testing, code review);
Make strategic technical decisions (e.g., choice of frameworks, patterns, etc.);
Provide mentorship and support to the team;
Communicate with other departments;
Ensure quality and performance;
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Ability to make decisive technical decisions and provide clear direction to the team
Spanish is mandatory.
