
Senior Account Executive - German Speaker

- You'll develop our market (Germany) by acquiring customers, identifying decision-makers, creating proposals, and conducting meetings.
- You'll qualify and understand your customers' business-critical problems, challenge conventional learning approaches, and conduct sales conversations to demonstrate the business value of goFLUENT to an organization.
- You'll develop compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- You'll build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers at your most important customers.
- Partner with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to successfully close potential deals.
- Attend trade shows and events.
- Travel to customers in your territory to support your sales efforts.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales. SaaS and international experience are a plus.
- You are able to build close relationships with all levels of prospects, including senior managers and executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork skills and self-motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment.
- Proactive, personable, hardworking, and easily adaptable.
- Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
- Relevant experience in training, e-learning, and staffing services is definitely a plus.
- BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German (native or C2 Level)
