- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and/or Microsoft Fabric to build and manage ETL/ELT workflows across batch and real-time data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all pipeline stages.
- Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets and semantic models to support BI, ML, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and business stakeholders to define data contracts and requirements.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of data workflows and storage.
- Contribute to data cataloguing, lineage, and documentation efforts.

- Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the required qualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization.
- 4-7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong experience building data pipelines and ETL processes in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, or similar Azure-native tools.
- Understanding of data governance, access control, and compliance best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling for analytics and reporting use cases.
- Solid Python or PySpark skills for transformation logic and orchestration.
- Familiarity with dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schemas, and data marts.
- Experience with Power BI, Databricks, or Delta Lake.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
