We are seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join our team and drive the design of innovative, scalable, and integrated solutions.In this role, you will lead the development of end-to-end architecture while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that are secure, efficient, and meet both functional and non-functional needs.ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end solution architectures, addressing data, security, application, and platform requirementsCreate and present solution outlines for review and approval at Architecture Review BoardsDevelop and oversee the governance framework for delivering functional and non-functional technical architecture deliverablesEnsure standardization and integration of solutions by applying established design patternsMaintain alignment between processes, data, technology, and security to deliver comprehensive technical designs, including integration, interoperability, security, and user experience across platform layersRequirementsAt least 5 years of professional experience in solution architecture rolesMinimum of 2 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or CoordinatorAt least 1 year of experience leading a team of at least 5 employeesParticipation in at least two full project cycles or involvement in multiple projects across various development lifecycle phasesExpertise in solution architecture design methodologies, covering both functional and non-functional specificationsStrong awareness of key principles, objectives, and evolving technology trendsFamiliarity with frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe 5.0, and product-based organizational modelsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills at a B2 level or higherNice to haveAWS Solution Architect certificationExperience delivering projects using Agile methodologies and approachesWe offer/Benefits
