WAH/BragaResponsibilities
- Ensure performance objectives are met across all operations in Portuguese, Spanish, and English within the medical area.
- Develop, coordinate, and respond to requests for information related to healthcare.
- Handle emails and phone calls from healthcare professionals or patients regarding the use of certain medications.
- Propose concrete solutions to improve service and client relations.
- Be on call (prevention) every 4 months.
- Fluent in Portuguese (native), Spanish (C1), and English (B2).
- Higher education degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedicine (mandatory).
- Strong interest in scientific research.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
