The DevOps team is organized into specific capability domains, including a Scrum Master, a Product Owner and a Solution Architect.Your new RoleAs a Java Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for:

Create API’s and Microservices that will be at the heart of things in the digitization of the customer journey;
Ensure the health and wellbeing of Microservices, when new features are built and produced;
Set the foundations for development (with focus on quality);
Encourage developers to program in groups and to be open to code-reviewing to create code with high quality;
Support and train junior developers.

What you will need to succeedTo be succeed as a Java Back-End Developer you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
+3 years of experience working in the area;
Proficiency working with Java, Spring Boot and GIT;
Experience working with Oracle;
Experience building integration projects using API’s;
Good understanding of Scrum Methodology;
Hands-on experience working with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes and / or Jenkins);
Problem solving skills;
Eagerness to work to benefit a team as a whole;
Experience from work in a multi-location teams;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English and in Portuguese.
