Be the go-to advisor for SMBs using digital advertising solutions

Support customers before and after their purchases through **chat, email, and phone**

Help clients unlock the full potential of self-service advertising tools

Share expert product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care

Champion a customer-first mindset in every interaction

What Were Looking For:- Fluent English (C1 and higher) both spoken and written- Already living in Lisbon this is an on-site role, no relocation support is available- A natural communicator with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills- Independent and resourceful, but also a great team player- Resilient and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment- Comfortable handling confidential information- Eager to learn and master new tools and platforms- Holder of an EU passport or valid Portuguese residence card in a ready formWork Location: On-site in Lisbon (modern office near Entrecampos)Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break, rotational between 06.00 and 00.00(weekends & holidays included)Time Off: 22 vacation days per year + compensation for public holidays workedAre you ready to elevate your career and make an impact in the digital advertising space?Apply today by sending your updated CV in English and become part of a dynamic international team in beautiful Lisbon!Salary & Perks:- Competitive salary package- Extra payment for working public holidays, Sundays and late hours- Monthly meal allowance: approx. 154 (net, meal card)- Health & Dental insurance (available once youve signed your contract and obtained a Portuguese NIF & Social Security number)- Holiday & Christmas bonuses paid monthly- Path to permanence: Eligible for a permanent contract after 2 years
