Organise and manage the activity of the laboratory by applying specific procedures and standards.
Carry out and ensure compliance with the raw material control plan for both edible and inedible raw materials.
Operating laboratory and field equipment. Perform physico-chemical tests and analyses of substances and/or materials.
Drawing up periodic reports on the activities carried out and results obtained.
Define the sampling plan by applying statistical and representative sampling techniques.
Maintain records of reagents, materials and equipment in the laboratory.
Verify the calculations of the different tests.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Educational background: Laboratory studies, chemistry, analysis or similar.
Fluency in English
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in the food industry.
Advanced user of MS Office.
Previous experience with SAP would be a plus.
Need for own vehicle.
