Degree in Computer Engineering or similar areas;
Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET Tech Lead;
Hands-on experience with various projects and system architectures;
Proven experience designing and building cloud-based systems using Kubernetes and containers (Azure, AWS, GCP);
Deep understanding of SaaS/multitenant architectures;
Familiar with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
Strong development background in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework;
Experience with mobile development using .NET MAUI, Blazor, or hybrid frameworks;
Skilled in relational and non-relational databases;
Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions;
Experience with Kafka, API Gateway, Message Queues, etc.;
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
Strong team player with a collaborative and success-driven mindset;
Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - for both technical and functional stakeholders;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
