Job Description:We are now recruiting a Project Management Business Partner to join our GBS in Lisbon.Your Mission (responsibilities)Make a step change in your career with AIRBUS: we are looking for a motivated individual in our team to perform the role of Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to participate in creating the Airbus future.The main tasks and responsibilities will include:Working with the project leader & project organization on a day to day basisRaising the understanding and acceptance of PM within the project/portfolio population by coaching and/or awareness sessions; challenging project leaders where neededShaping methods and tools in accordance to PM standards to the needs of the projectSupporting efficient communication and stakeholder managementScheduling projects, performance follow up (e.g. milestones/quality gates), reporting throughout all project phasesFinancial analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk and Opportunity Management (ROM), Change Management, Key reviews support, Project planning, Action plan managementThis role may involve occasional travel for business and as such you must be able to travelOur ideal candidate will have (requirements)A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way;Experience in leading various projects;Strong facilitation skills for coaching, motivating & enabling the team;Ability to listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner;Ability to negotiate, influence and to manage conflicts;Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis;Challenge mind-set, ability to speak up; and, interested in deploying new ways of working,Optional: Knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Experience in stakeholder management, ability to engage skills of different functions of Negotiation level of English; French and/or German a plusWhat’s in it for you (benefits)Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.A modern office, well connected to public transportation.A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.An intense and exciting onboarding experience.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Portugal SAEmployment Type: Fixed termExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Programme & Project Management
