We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team.This role requires working 2-3 days per week in the office, providing an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with team members and contribute to impactful projects. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop microservices using Java and the Spring frameworkBuild secure and scalable high-performance applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver effective solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth application functionalityParticipate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standardsOptimize application performance and scalability through proactive testing and tuningContribute to architectural decisions and best practices for system designRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java DeveloperStrong knowledge of Java and the Spring frameworkHands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureEnthusiastic about collaborative problem-solving and brainstorming on whiteboardsNatural problem solver with a proactive and analytical mindsetFluent in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higherNice to haveExperience with database technologies such as Redis and message brokers like Apache KafkaFamiliarity with API gateways and networking conceptsHands-on experience with caching solutions and pipelinesKnowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins for automated deploymentsExperience using monitoring and logging tools such as SplunkWe offer/Benefits
