Manage and facilitate property sales, including both pre-market and on-market listings
Collaborate with key property partners to promote and close sales effectively
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing expert advice throughout the sales process
Present properties professionally through digital tools, presentations, and client meetings
Stay informed about local market trends to support accurate property valuations and recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent/Native in German (C1), both written and oral. As well as proficiency in English (B2)
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets
Technologically proficient, with confidence using presentation tools and digital platforms
Knowledge of the local property market is a strong advantage
Residence in the region and familiarity with its real estate landscape preferred
