
Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Product Owner/Consultant (m/f/d)

- Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements for partner portals, onboarding, training, lead distribution, deal registration, reporting, success planning, performance management, collateral sharing etc.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and UX/UI designers to ensure optimal PRM solution delivery and integration in existing enterprise application landscape
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and partner strategy.
- Collaborate with partner managers, marketing, and sales teams to refine requirements and user journeys.
- Configure and consult on Salesforce PRM components such as Experience Cloud, Lead & Opportunity Sharing, and Partner Onboarding Flows.
- Champion Agile/Scrum practices
- Proven experience as a Product Owner and Functional Consultant for Salesforce PRM
- Deep understanding of partner management processes and how to translate them into Salesforce capabilities.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce PRM features such as channel sales automation, MDF programs, partner scoring etc.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools and workflows; ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
