With a team of 15 experts and a strong focus on innovation, this company is shaping the future of sustainable operations through data-driven decision-making tools.Your new roleAs a Data Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of internal regulatory dashboards developed in Qlik, used to monitor key compliance KPIs. Your first mission will be to enhance this tool by gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, writing clear and actionable user stories, and collaborating closely with a remote development team of five. You will also lead two new application projects supported by a highly skilled and motivated team. This is a strategic role requiring strong analytical capabilities, an engineering mindset, and the ability to translate complex regulatory rules into mathematical models and KPIs.Key responsibilities include:

Owning and refining the product backlog and roadmap
Writing and validating user stories aligned with business needs
Collaborating with developers to challenge and test functionalities
Ensuring the accuracy of data and calculations within the tools
Supporting monthly releases and continuous improvement
Acting as a bridge between regulatory affairs, business users, and IT

What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you should bring:

At least 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or similar roles
Strong mathematical and analytical skills to interpret and model regulatory data
Solid understanding of SQL – a significant plus
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Engineering background or similar technical foundation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story writing
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
