- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to online databases, social media, networking, job boards, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough research to build a talent pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Review candidate resumes and applications to assess their qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, motivation, and basic qualifications.
- Provide regular updates on the status of sourcing efforts and share potential candidate profiles with the Recruitment Specialists to continue the recruitment process.
- Attending company’s ongoing training to ensure top performance.
- Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, working within a defined team.
- Contributing positively to the company’s culture and working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ideally some experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and the internal team.
- Proficient level of English, any additional language would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
