- Utilize Lean principles and methodologies to identify process inefficiencies within HR operations and develop strategies for improvement.
- Train and mentor teams on Lean techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department.
- Collaborate with teams across various business functions to understand their HR processes and challenges.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement Lean methodologies and ensure sustainable improvements in HR operations.
- Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement within HR operations.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure the impact of implemented improvements in HR processes.
- Lead and facilitate improvement projects within HR operations, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes related to HR operations improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
- Engage with HR teams to address concerns and promote a positive and collaborative culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, HR, or related field.
- Lean Certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) - must have
- Proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies in a GBS or similar environment, with a focus on HR operations.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the HR department.
- Experience with HR technology platforms, particularly SuccessFactors, business analytics, and overall HR operations as eg. payroll, international mobility, contingent workforce, and workforce planning, is highly desirable.
