In-house Lawyer

• Manage legal matters related to client onboardings;
• Prepare regulatory filings, update nternal databases;
• Work in collaboration with legal team, on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters;
• Contribute to internal projects and data protection matters.

• Master in Law degree from a EU jurisdiction;
• Admitted to the Bar in the E.U;
• Fluent in English;
• Minimum 3-5 year post-qualification legal experience at a law firm, in-house management company or Big4 with direct experience related to EU investment funds;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to follow instruction, manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines;
• Team player who can effectively and efficiently collaborate with different teams;
• Good degree of independence and initiative.
