  • Monitor compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Maintain abreast of international legislation, guidelines and customer practices
  • Provide technical review and approval of data (ie. artworks, product communication validation)
  • Maintain regulatory documentation database
  • Monitor market withdrawal of ingredients and follow companies guidelines locally
  • Support the Technical Director on cooperating with local authorities or organizations
  • To be the link providing required documentation to relevant stakeholders
  • Support on adverse reaction handling, ie. cosmetovigilance and pharmacovigilance processes
  • Processing quality complaints
  • Provide and support close communication with international Safety and RAO teams
  • Assist on revision and update of the pharmacovigilance manual, technical agreement, and other relevant documents
  • Support the training of employees on RAO/Quality/Safety topics
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field (preference: Pharmacy)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • English language (fluent in writing and speaking)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Team work oriented
