Our network of facilities provides us with one of the broadest geographic footprints of any clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services provider in Europe.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BAU Analyst to join our Business-As-Usual (BAU) team within the D365 Transformation Program. This role is critical in supporting the stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-implementation. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless daily operations and the effective delivery of system enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to a major digital transformation initiative.Key Responsabilities

Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests related to D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system improvements and enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to implement, test, and validate solutions in line with business needs.
Maintain and update BAU process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Support user training, onboarding, and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new features.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance policies, and audit requirements.
Participate in regular BAU review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a BAU, support, or functional analyst role within ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Fluent French is mandatory; English is also required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management is advantageous.
