At PARFOIS, we’re offering you the opportunity to launch your career in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.As a Buying Controller Trainee, you’ll join our Buying & Design team at the Head Office in Porto. Working closely with Buyers and Designers, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and performance of our collections — balancing creative vision with commercial strategy.From the first day, you'll be immersed in real projects, gaining valuable experience in collection planning, performance analysis, and decision-making for a global fashion brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:Support the product lifecycle through planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring
Collaborate in defining the buying budget and structuring each seasonal collection
Analyze the performance of collections and categories, identifying opportunities and proposing improvementsProvide insights based on product, store, and market performanceWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:University Degree in Engineering and Industrial Management, Management, Economics, or similar fields
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Solid knowledge of Excel
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Interest in fashion, retail, and trends
Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
