It's a role with a wide remit to get stuck into including, but not limited to the Account area, Sports and the Exchange for multiple countries such as Brazil, Spain and Italy.You’ll create designs that champion customer first thinking, working closely with the wider Flutter UKI and International teams. You’ll have a passion for creating easy to use, enjoyable experiences for our customers that are engaging, consistent and encourage Safer Gambling where possible. Every product designer at Flutter is expected to work across the full design stack.What You’ll Be Doing:Working across UKI and International multi-disciplinary teams. You'll partner closely with your fellow Designers, Product and Commercial to find engaging practical solutions to design challengesYou’ll deeply understand the customers you’re designing for. Whether it’s joining International user research sessions, gathering insights from previous studies or running your own research, you’ll strive to understand the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of the problem you are solving ensuring we are not just doing the ‘right thing’ but doing the ‘thing right’You’ll help raise the bar of design. We're a small team that has historically relied on the UKI. You have a crucial role to play in advocating for user centred design and continuously improving our community of practice – we want to give International customers a voice at the table to localise their experienceYou’ll use your facilitation know how to run engaging ideation sessions and other design workshops to help explore, develop and prioritise potential product ideas.You're passionate about your own and others development, you'll proactively seek out and provide feedback from other Flutter designers to continually raise our bar for quality.To become one of us you should have:You will have a working knowledge of industry standard Digital Design software including FigmaKnowledge of working with component libraries and Design systems preferred*or experience within the Sports / Gaming industry and looking for a changeThis is what you should have.
