
Facility Technician

- Ensuring that all electromechanical systems under responsibility of FHES department can run continuously, without being stopped
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for the FEHS electrical and mechanical systems, these systems include but not limited to electrical distribution systems, fire suppression system, compressed air, chilled water, purified water, HVAC, hot water, vacuum, heat and air extraction, waste disposal, kitchen and Atex systems.
- Prevention and repair of emerging building problems
- Inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Track and supervise the BMS system of the plant
- Supervising contractors including cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the record in the CMMS
- Attend visitors or suppliers that need access to the site to provide services.
- Ensure the quality of work delivered by contractors, reporting nonconformities
- Align daily operational tasks with peers and other departments
- Perform any task assigned by the Facilities Leader or someone assigned by him, related to the activities of the company
- Provide improvement ideas and suggestions for savings
- Achieving indicators defined by management Safety and environment
- Review and fulfil any regulatory or EHS documentation needed for the daily work.
- Supervise safe execution of activities performed by contractors and ensure proper work permits are completed, approved, executed, closed, and archived.
- Ensure to comply with and be responsible for enforcing work safety, and Coloplast values always.
- Performing their job in compliance with the guidelines given
- Take responsibility for those safety aspects identified for the given position
- Technical degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or related qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles that include building maintenance.
- Special works safety permits experience
- Good English level
- Proven experience as a facilities technician in preventive, predictive and corrective activities
- Ability to manage a varied and complex workload with ability to track tasks status
- Problem-solving
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Knowledge of MS Office and familiarized with facilities software's (BMS, CMMS, CAD viewers)
- High degree of flexibility, willing to learn
