For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Italian Customer Service Advisors.The RoleAs an Italian Customer Service Advisor you will represent a well-known insurance company. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat and will answer qeneral quiries in regards to insurance policies, provide information, update customer details on policies and make changes where needed. This is a versatile role where you will also have a lot of back office administration duties.Requirements

Fluent Italian and English
Previous Customer service or administration experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task

Salary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of basic gross p/m Euro 1100 + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Fully paid training is provided.
