As a Java Developer you'll have the chance to work with a talented and international team as a Backend Developer in Lisbon city or Porto city.What you will do:
- Develop cutting edge code in a microservice architecture based on Java Spring Boot;
- Work in our talented team of engineers to develop and ship new features;
- Optimize/refactor implementation for performance and/or to reduce technical debt;
- Play a key role in the development of best practices in software design, implementation, and coding;
- Engage with your scrum team in technical design discussions, estimations, and reviews ;
- Support the CI/CD pipeline and ensure deployed software quality is maintained.
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience in practical software engineering;
- Proven technical excellence in Java and Spring Boot;
- Some experience in cloud-hosted DevOps topics (CI/CD, k8s, terraform, helm, google cloud) and/or enthusiastic to learn;
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile
- Creativity, passion, persistence, and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English.
