Proven experience in project management, ideally in business support for international information system (IS) deployments.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to manage resources, schedules, and local constraints while respecting the global program framework.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure effective liaison between local and central teams.

Change Management: Ability to support local teams in transitioning to the new SAP system. * Ability to quickly identify blockages and propose pragmatic solutions.

Experience in writing training materials and organizing training sessions.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
