M/FInternational Expansion ManagerCHALLENGEAre you interested in developing your career in Parfois´s Commercial Team?We have a great career opportunity for you!To support in the definition and implementation of strategies related to the business plan and promote the company´s rentability and growth.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute store expansion plans in line with business prioritiesDetermine and explore new potential business opportunities through partners or direct operations: new markets, new partners through stores, online and travel retail channelsDetermine and negotiate main key terms and conditionsDeep understanding of market, customer and channel trends, issues/opportunities and competitor activityExplore the best locations for store opening, including market analysis, feasibility study, site visits, and site presentationManage a portfolio of established and future markets and monitor performance. Interface between HQ and business partnersSolid business cases, budgets, P&L’s, sales forecasts and managing a financially and commercially healthy portfolio within your marketsMain point of contact for leasing and tenancy negotiations and discussions with the relevant internal and external stakeholdersPROFILEA degree in Business Administration, Finance or EngineeringMinimum five years of experience in the field of expansion / real estate, preferably with insight into the retail industryExperience in relationships with franchiseesEnglish and spanish (spoken and written) is essentialInternational focusSocial competence and effective communication skills to work in a multinational collaborative environmentLeasing skills and a good understanding of lease contracts and legal requirementsFlexibility to travel within the markets on a frequent basis
