Financial Forecasting & Analysis
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure financial reporting aligns with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of statutory accounts
- Lead interactions with external auditors and accounting consultants, ensuring timely and accurate audit processes
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis
- Monitor and control WBS cost centers and functional area budgets
- Design, updating and maintenance of the charging model
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements for WBS Lisbon legal entity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial transparency
- Utilize SAP (FI/CO modules) for financial data extraction, reporting, and analysis
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Create impactful presentations in PowerPoint to communicate financial performance
- Apply critical thinking to evaluate business cases and investment proposals
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessment
- Act as a finance business partner to GBS service lines and operational teams
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance roles within multinational or WBS
- Strong experience with SAP FI/CO modules
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros); professional PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding and application of both IFRS and local GAAP standards
- Proven track record in P&L, B/S, and cash flow forecasting
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial audiences
- Experience leading audits and managing external accounting relationships
