- Manage the Cloud Craze e-commerce platform, Pardot, and CRM
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, and validation rules
- Oversee the security model of the platform
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and business processes
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any issues
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the platform's performance
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and Cloud Craze trends and technologies
- Train and onboard new users to the platform
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Maintain general administrative health of the platform - preparing for new releases, managing backups, investigating new tools to reduce costs and simplify processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent Salesforce certifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience working with Cloud Craze e-commerce platform is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and customization
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluent in English
