- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement with target audiences.
- Creative Design: Lead the design and production of marketing materials such as mailers, banners, digital ads, and other collateral.
- Website Promotions: Manage and optimize website promotions, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and drives conversions.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, design, and execute paid ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, etc.). Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including promotional mailers, newsletters, and product updates, ensuring a high level of engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance through key metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative strategies and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct A/B tests: in order to iterate and optimize campaign initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, creative design, and campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in marketing tools i.e. email marketing software, Google Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must.
