YOUR TASKS

Represent Nordex on-site and lead the execution of wind farm projects.
Ensure full compliance with Nordex QHSE standards and construction site regulations.
Manage all on-site activities from initial setup to project completion.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on-site.
Monitor daily productivity and report progress according to internal governance.
Ensure all project documentation is completed and lessons learned are captured.
Contribute to continuous improvement and undertake relevant training.
Work with software tools such as SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Campus, NXTranslator, Windchill, Team Center, Webinar, Quentic, CEIS.

YOUR PROFILE

3-5 years of experience in Site Management, preferably in large-scale renewable energy projects.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex site operations.
English (minimum B2 level) is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Teamwork and motivational abilities.
Willingness to travel and work abroad.
