As a leader in sustainable transportation, we innovate solutions that revolutionize the public transportation industry.You will conceptualize, develop, and implement high-quality software modules for our leading client-server capacity planning and timetabling system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that meet project requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, develop, and implement high-quality software modules for our leading client-server capacity planning and timetabling system, revolutionizing the public transportation industry.
Improve existing software modules, implement new tests, and collaborate on bug-fixing to ensure performance and reliability.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that meet project requirements.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the stability and performance of the software.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software development process.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with professional experience in C++ development (preferably C++11 or later).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software testing/debugging methodologies.
Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and developing high-performance software.
Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies to promote iterative development and collaboration.
Experience with Qt6 and Docker is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to work with different programming languages is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
