As a Senior Software Business Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and market success of Infineon's Software Ecosystem. Your role focuses on developing and executing go-to-market strategies and ensuring the digital accessibility of the software ecosystem.In your new role you will:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Software Ecosystem, aligning with Infineon's semiconductor sales goals and broader business objectives
- Ensure that software ecosystem offerings are digitally accessible on Infineon's platforms, including the #NewWeb and digital commerce platforms
- Advocate for self-service capabilities to enhance the developer and customer journey
- Define a concept for indirect channel enablement, creating a scalable approach for integrating software ecosystem sales into their workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement measures for the go-to-market strategy
- Collect feedback and monitor adoption metrics to refine go-to-market execution and identify areas for improvement in ecosystem usability and sales enablement
You bring a sharp analytical mindset along with strong communication skills. You are solution-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working across cultures and departments to drive impactful results.You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- A master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in go-to-market strategy development, sales enablement, or digital platform management
- Experience in the semiconductor or software industry, particularly with developer ecosystems or indirect sales models, would be an advantage
- Knowledge of software licensing models and digital workflows
- Experience working with distributors or indirect channel partners
- Proven track record of success in delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work across teams and align stakeholders around a shared strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
