Danish Speaking Customer Service - HybridLisbon, PortugalGross Salary €22,400 per year including the performance bonus + meal allowance etc.Job Duties:Assisting customers by phone, email and live chat to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues by phone/email/chat/social/social messaging.Resolving customer issues and if unable to, escalating them so they can be resolved to customer satisfaction.This is a Hybrid role so involves several days a week onsite and requires a willingness to work weekends and evening shifts.

Please note this role doesn't allow working from other locations other than that stated in the advert.
