- Monitor KPls to review department's results to allow regular efficiency optimization
- Willingness and flexibility to work on shifts (no night shifts).
- German language C1 level
- English language skills to a business standard
- Appropriate leadership and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level
- Calm manner and able to work under pressure
- Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment
- A flexible, creative and driven personality
- General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
- Interest in Sports, Casino and Poker products would be a benefit, relevant training will be provided
- Permanent working contract
- Annual Gross Salary: 28.000 € (split in 14 payments)
- Food Allowance: paid monthly: 6,83 € net per working day

- Birthday Day: 1 Extra leave day per year
