Assist customers - both private and professional - via phone and written communication to find the right parts;
Register new customers and process orders efficiently;
Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled, providing timely updates on order status;
Offer clear information on logistics, after-sales procedures, and any related inquiries.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure a great experience.

If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a seamless purchasing journey, we’d love to hear from you!What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):

Fluency in Portuguese and French (mandatory);
Fluency in English or Spanish (is a plus);
Strong customer orientation;
Planning and organization skills;
Domain of computer tools.
