- Coordinate monthly group PoC (Percentage of Completion) project reporting for a selection of selling entities:
- Validate monthly SAP ERP/BI extractions for project valuation
- Perform sanity checks on project data and pro-actively correct / liaise with business partners throughout the Stow group
- Distribute and support the valuation to be performed in local Sales entities
- Consolidate and interpret PoC valuation
- Improve and further automate tools (functional business partner)
- Coordinate group monthly forecasting/backlog process for the same selling entities:
- Validate monthly SAP ERP/BI extractions for project forecasting (CCM + PoC)
- Perform sanity checks on forecast data
- Distribute and support the forecasting to be performed in local Sales entities
- Consolidate and interpret forecasting/backlog valuation
- Improve and further automate tools (functional business partner)
- Analyze monthly local and group results:
- Identify drivers for topline and margin losses versus budget / rolling forecast
- Ability to deep dive into individual PoC + CCM projects
- Link purchasing / production impacts with projects and entities
- Further develop inhouse controlling tools (SAP BI, Power query, etc.)
- Execute specific sales controlling activities in alignment with HQ sales controlling colleagues
- Linking of projects, calculation of bonusses/kickbacks, etc.
- Support industrial controller Ovar plant
- Execute weekly/monthly screening on waste, output, etc.
- Validate incoming intercompany sales/production orders
- Compare estimated & actual plant costing and interpret variances
- Validate commercial costing parameters (local plant + mixed factories)
- Ad hoc analysis on request of local or central management
- Master's degree in Finance or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with ERP system (SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, etc., is a plus)
- IT minded (BI tools, advanced excel solutions, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Can work independently as well as in team
- Available to support on-site on occasion
