(3 Regions: Algarve, Lisbon, and Porto).Permanent contract.40 hours per week.Availability to travel.Previous experience in the position of 3 to 5 years.What you can expect:
  • In your role as Regional Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring that all operational procedures are managed commercially to guarantee the highest level and efficient delivery of the customer experience.
  • Responsible for the implementation of window displays and in-store installations according to corporate standards and deadlines.
  • Partner with the corporate VM team to plan and implement the role's needs.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to develop and conduct visual merchandising training sessions for team members.
  • Provide continuous feedback to the VM team on local markets as well as other retail markets.
  • Drive the use of all available tools to ensure the execution of company procedures and policies.
  • Weekly visits to different points of sale in Portugal.
Your profile:
  • Experience in a similar position of 3 to 5 years demonstrating capability as a VM, preferably in a Premium Retail industry environment.
  • Willingness to learn and constantly develop, experience in team formation.
  • Strong organizational skills, structured work approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong demonstration of commercial perspective and brand knowledge and management.
  • Use of business systems and the latest technology.
  • Based in Lisbon with full availability to travel throughout Portugal and occasionally to Madrid.
  • Driver's license.
  • Fluent English C1 Advanced.
  • Native Portuguese.
  • Spanish (highly valued).
