• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews (in-person and virtual);
• Managing end-to-end recruitment logistics: interview scheduling, feedback gathering, offer negotiation;
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases and reports;
• Supporting proposal and client presentation preparations;
• Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology, HR, Management, Sociology, or related fields;
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in English is required;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms;
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, or client-facing roles is a plus;
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to grow in consulting delivery.
