Lead Generation Specialist for Reddit Advertising

• Generate qualified leads through strategic prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
• Identify potential customers’ needs and evaluate their fit for Reddit advertising solutions
• Build relationships and educate leads on Reddit’s advertising value
• Schedule meetings between qualified leads and closing sales representatives

• Excellent prospecting and lead generation techniques across multiple channels
• Deep understanding of the sales funnel and pipeline management
• Strong ability to qualify and nurture leads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level)
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with prospects
• Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts is a plus

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
• Demonstrated success exceeding lead generation targets
• High school diploma (physical copy required)
• Non-EU candidates must possess a Portuguese residence card
• Candidates must already reside in Lisbon – relocation is not provided
