- Quick and effective customer assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings
- Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings
- Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns
- Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network
- Native or C2 level of German.
- Fluent level of English.
- Previous experience in customer service within online or face to face environments (not mandatory).
- Previous experience and/or education within the Tourism sector (not mandatory).
- Good listener, patient person with excellent soft skills.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines being able to solve issues with customers.
- Relocation package: refund of the initial flight ticket after 6 months
