It is driven by innovation, compassion, and a commitment to operational efficiency, offering a purpose-driven environment where technology plays a key role in transforming patient outcomes.Your New RoleWe’re seeking a Global SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to support the transformation of HR Operations within a leading organization in the healthcare industry. This role combines hands-on system expertise with strategic collaboration, ensuring that HR systems are optimized, data-driven, and aligned with global business needs. As a key member of the corporate HR team, you will act as both a subject-matter expert and a delivery lead, supporting local HR teams, coordinating technical SMEs, and driving continuous improvement across multiple countries. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of HR and technology in a multicultural, mission-driven environment.Responsibilities
  • Serve as the second-level point of contact for SuccessFactors modules, resolving system issues and supporting local HR Admins and Global HR System Specialists.
  • Lead the implementation of new SF features, integrations, system updates, and user testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process standardization and system enhancements.
  • Support integration projects (e.g., Employee Central with local payroll or Active Directory).
  • Coordinate technical SMEs and manage configuration changes in the system.
  • Monitor and test change requests and SAP updates.
  • Deliver training and create documentation for HR Admins and employees.
  • Drive improvements in HR data accuracy and process efficiency across multiple countries.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors administration and consultancy.
  • Expertise in modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment, and PMGM.
  • Proven experience in HR systems implementation, integration, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual, cross-border teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluency in business English.
  • A proactive, client-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
