Through your work, you’ll help maintain a safe and high-quality online shopping experience for a global audience.Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess content across the platform to verify alignment with company policies, community standards, and applicable laws

Analyze user submissions—including product listings and posts—with accuracy, fairness, and cultural awareness
Maintain a high standard of quality and contribute to platform safety across all user interactions
Navigate changing priorities and policy updates while adhering strictly to established workflows and moderation protocols
Flag and escalate complex or sensitive content according to internal escalation procedures
Keep up to date with evolving moderation best practices, product changes, and industry standards
Support the platform’s mission to provide a safe, trusted, and user-friendly environment for buyers and sellers worldwide

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
Desire to learn and advance in the field
