Job Category: Customer ServicesDegree Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Description:You will be engaged in a dynamic atmosphere that encourages continuous learning, and staying ahead of evolving container technologies and problem-solving skills will play a key role in not only addressing immediate challenges but also in shaping the future of cloud-native application management.Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolutions of technical issues in mission-critical OSS systems
  • Develop, test and deliver fixes and workarounds in code and configuration of customer solutions
  • Reproduce and document software defects
  • Track support requests and follow SLAs
  • Provide technical consultancy related to Nokia products
  • Analyze and tune customer environments
  • Update functional specifications
  • Create and execute test reports
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient problem resolution
Qualifications:If you have:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues, with a unified approach to working across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Java, Perl, TCL or shell scripting
  • Understanding of databases and SQL
  • Experience in implementing or testing software solutions
  • Customer oriented
  • Self-starter, adaptable, well organized team player able to communicate freely in a multinational team
  • Proficiency in English, written and verbal
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Knowledge of OSS/BSS environments and TelCo industry common processes
  • Experience in network administration
  • Experience in DevOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • Troubleshoot container orchestration, deployment, and performance issues
  • Experience working and designing with a graphical process modelling framework
  • Knowledge of XML/SOA and Web services
  • Experience in similar position, working as 2/3 level technical support
  • Clear communicator with a continuous learning mindset, staying current on evolving container and cloud-native technologies
