● Conduct weekly follow-ups and monitoring of standardization activities with all Process Managers and BPO’s.
● Prepare data and materials for the monthly standardization meeting.
● Collaborate with BPOs to identify, centralize, and escalate process improvements and constraints, and establish corresponding action plans.
● Hold weekly meetings with project stakeholder representatives (AlixPartners).
● Prepare data for Goldcar (Group Company) integration meetings.
● Drive and oversee Goldcar (Group Company) standardization initiatives.Key Skills
● 2- 3 years of relevant professional experience, working in an international, multicultural working
environment.
● Experience in Project Management, communication and change management
● Understanding of Finance information systems and application of process automation using
technology solutions
● Experience in standardization projects
● Successful similar experience within a consulting company or a company, with proven ability to
transform business and process
● Experienced with international project
● Experiences in driving operational improvement using methodologies
● Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
