PL/SQL Application Support Specialist

• Analyze data and application code errors.
• Identify issues and provide detailed analysis for code correction by the responsible vendor.
• Correct and manipulate customer data individually or in bulk.
• Interact with users reporting constraints to gather information for analysis and resolution.
• Availability for 24x7 on-call support: one full week per month.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Solid grasp of general programming concepts.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in application support.
