- Define the recruitment strategy for each position, employing different sourcing strategies for each position (from coordination with outsourcing headhunting companies, in-house scrapping and active search, referral and others);
- Execute recruitment processes from A to Z (sourcing to onboarding);
- Screening candidates with the mentality of protecting the business needs and only advancing qualified candidates;
- Proactively identify Indie Campers' hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies;
- Specifying position requirements, main tasks and soft skills, according to feedback from hiring managers and HR Team;
- Structure the recruitment process as to be as efficient as possible - with responsibility regarding the speed from identification to hire and the quality of hiring;
- Maintain candidates databases (Applicant Tracking System) ideally have worked with Greenhouse;
- Stakeholder management to guarantee alignment between all, providing the best candidate experience;
- Guarantee an effective onboarding process that drives employee engagement since the beginning.
- You will be working for HQ roles, but not limited to: Finance, Strategy and Business Development, Marketing, Revenue, Human Resources, Tech, Product.
- Working on some metrics, but not limited to: Time to Hire, Offers Accepted, Turnover.
- Up to 3 years experience years of experience in recruitment area;
- Experience in full cycle recruitment, with focus in technical and management roles;
- Responsible, well-organized and able to process a high volume of candidates;
- Fluent in English (mandatory) other languages are a plus;
- Advanced Knowledge in Excel
- Experience with Greenhouse (plus)
- Experience in Tech recruitment (plus);
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
- You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
- Available to do an Ativar.pt internship if less than 2 years experience.
