- Control the different bonus payments to the Dealer Network and ensure that payments are made on time.
- Support the monthly sales campaigns preparations and communication to the Dealer Network.
- Support the dealers on placing new vehicles orders and follow the delivery process with all different stakeholders.
- Ensure that all documents related to new vehicles orders are supplied to the Dealers.
- Prepare regular competitors analysis and presentations.
- Prepare different reports requested by the Headquarters in Europe and China.
- Sales Planning skills to consolidate demand and assess demand vs market potential.
- Support the sales team with all activities related to new Dealers appointments.
- Support the Regional Sales Managers on the Business Plans preparation and KPI´s follow up.
- Support the successful launch of BYD’s product offensive.
- Support the training team on new trainings sessions preparations and keep track of the Network attendance.
- Support and follow up Trade Marketing activities at Dealers.
- Written Communications skills.
- Data analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively and excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Chinese is highly recommended.
- 2 years’ work experience in the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
