- Establish, develop, and uphold end user support capabilities in alignment with Infosec and other Technology Services functions.
- Participate in the team's weekly On-Call rotation.
- Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to define and maintain SLAs for supported services.
- Take responsibility, alongside the team, for planning and overseeing the maintenance and patching of existing services to meet agreed-upon standards.
- Ensure that open incidents and requests are addressed promptly in accordance with SLAs.
- Implement capacity management measures for key services.
- Maintain up-to-date, accessible documentation that enhances team efficiency and minimizes single points of failure.
- Lead by example by prioritizing health and safety for yourself and your colleagues.
- ITIL certification.
- Relevant qualifications in Microsoft Windows technologies.
- Proficiency in ITIL processes and industry best practices related to service request and fulfillment.
- Over 5 years of expertise in End User Services technologies, such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Windows, Office, Outlook, email, browsers, networking, file sharing, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in Workstation Design, App Catalog Management, Level 3 Support on Workstations, Client Business Applications, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure VDI Windows 365, Vulnerabilities and Patch Management, Enrollment management, Scripting (PowerShell, Python, other languages), Android and iOS Mobile Device Management in Intune.
- Familiarity with MAC Management in Intune or Jamf (valued, but not mandatory), Microsoft Power Automate (valued, but not mandatory).
- Leadership experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives for hardware, software, and processes.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
