Solid experience in full-stack development using TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL
Comfortable working across both frontend and backend, with attention to performance and usability
You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes
Youre a team player, communicate clearly, and like to contribute ideas
Very good English skills, German or French is a plus
You want to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare

not a must, but nice to have:

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation
Familiarity with role-based access control, logging/monitoring, and process automation frameworks
Previous work on internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation systems
