- Support the Appning Director by ensuring focus, prioritization, and follow-through on critical initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate internal events including town halls, team offsites, onboarding, and rituals.
- Drive team-building moments, leadership enablement, and feedback loops.
- Lead engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, pulse surveys, and career development efforts.
- Foster a connected culture through consistent, values-aligned internal communication.
- Own and shape the leadership agenda-what matters, when, and how it gets addressed.
- Prepare content for executive meetings, business reviews, strategy sprints, and workshops.
- Manage the flow of information and alignment around strategic priorities.
- Craft compelling internal newsletters, decks, talking points, and narratives.
- Contribute to internal and external content showcasing our team, products, and impact.
- Support press releases and content related to partnerships and success stories.
- Assist in developing product marketing content for internal and partner use.
- Support organizational transformation and cultural alignment initiatives.
- Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Track key actions and outcomes to maintain strong accountability and momentum.
- Prepare materials and messaging for strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with business development, product, and marketing teams.
- Support strategic analysis, market research, and opportunity identification.

- Perform other tasks that are similar or functionally connected and for which he/she has the required qualifications and competencies to help achieve the goals of the team/organization.
- Master's degree or MBA in Business, Strategy, Economics, HR, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, communications, or project management (internships included).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including storytelling and presentation design.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong interest in technology, innovation, and the future of work/mobility.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Comfortable using collaboration tools like Notion, Miro, Canva, or similar.
